Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, we currently do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Packaging images

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized items
  • Gift cards
